I actually think this is a WIN WIN. Both companies really need this deal to work in their own ways and they will both do well out of this in collabaration as a result. What it really shows is that there are good minds (managers/board) involved in getting this together.
A good tight ship now by looks of it and I'm on board LONG TERM.
The share book will not end up crazy either by ends of this deal over the years. Smart operators if they get over the finish line. Guess that will be the reward for hanging in at low prices and having the guts to not bail.
Buying soon I think.
