I'm watching BSM closely too from here on

Now that the due dilligence is complete I would like to know the current sales versus the cost of running this mine to determine where the breakeven point, cashflow positive tonnage lies.

In addition I would like to understand if BSM underpaid or overpaid for Graphmada based on Graphmadas current financial position.

A CR has to come to fund this transaction with mine expansion capital and operating capital as well.

Will BSM highlight these details for potential investors? We will see.
