correction @Jaded. The settlement was for $2.5Million. You could count on perhaps a little more than half of that for the second tranche payment and maybe the proceeds of the proposed asset sale. That would cover the majority of the second payment with a limited CR to cover the short fall. The final settlement payments could then be used to further increase the % holding in Graphmada. That is a best case scenario. Interesting times ahead indeed!
