Been reading some of the piffle on a Stratmin forum in the UK. Man where are some of these whinge bags coming from? There is one particular poster who is insinuating that Bass would deliberately miss production targets to diddle Strattmin out of a share payment!!?? Hullo!!?? It makes absolutely NO sense whatsoever to do such a thing. It is in the interests of both Bass AND Stratmin to not only meet those targets, but to exceed them. This is after all an exercise in GENERATING and MAXIMISING cash flow and PROFITS! That very same poster has stated that he would vote against the proposed deal. OK fine but if you want to vote for 93% of NOTHING as opposed to voting for ?% of something, then you are just cutting your face off to spite your head........or something along those lines
This deal is ALL about providing the best funding avenue for Graphmada through the ASX. Both Stratmin and Bass have everything to gain through such a deal. The rest is all noise IMHO.
