It's a Known they're not producing many kt's, but if they are on track to produce and sell 2016/17 20kts+ of over $1grand/tonne then they'll be a 'significant' boutique new mine.
Apparently Madagascar Flake has various superior qualities to East Africa incl Ancuabe for high tech end users. Thus the Asbury Offtakes and AMG/GK's too. It's just the kts required by RoW actual end users are so small in reality compared to the 'fanciful' Dragon/ Super Pits of 100's of kts.
