I support BSR opinion .
The status of the Moura Permit is protected.
Why . Under Senegal Mining law the Moura Permit is protected until the Exploitation Application is determined by the Mining Minister.
Whilst the Moura Permit has expired the holder of the Permit is protected until the Exploliaton application has been determined .
That's the law over there. My trip to Senegal some 4 years ago this subject was covered in a address by the Government at their Mining in Senegal Conference.
Obviously the ASX needed expert expensive in writing proof.
