Just remembered that if the ASX are looking for expert opinion on the legal status of the Moura Permit they should be willing to accept the advice of the person who was commissioned by the Senegal Government under president Makie Sall to oversee & write the Mining Code for Senegal under which the Permits were granted.(The old mining code which still applies to our leases.)
Alex MacKenzie was that person. That's why I feel he could be rather bemused by the current situation.
