My scuttlebutt is that there remains more than a glimmer of hope. Lets hope so despite what is said next.

If we don't survive, my crystal ball says there will be an insidious influence with maybe a bribe or two supporting rescinding the licence. My guess is finance isn't the issue its the extended permit to mine. Having seen the influence across the Pacific Islands and on another African investment failure of mine, no surprise here if it recurs.
