I agree. I am heartened to see BTU Management getting stuck in and proactively pushing their agenda.
The response by the High court will be very interesting - a positive response sends a small but clear signal, that the NZ political/ judiciary 'establishment' is getting the message - as Viney has said for new business to be viable the NZ establishment needs to create a clear regulatory path.
Also note that the new legal counsel lady signed the announcement. She would obviously have had a significant hand in this move, still getting her on board seems to have been timely.
BTU management in these tough times remains a standout.
