Just do some simple reasearch. It's a NZ company https://app.companiesoffice.govt.nz/companies/app/ui/pages/companies/4382538
It will file an IR4 in NZ, if a dividend is paid it will be paid probably in $NZ to nz residents and the AUssie bank shareholders will receive $AUD, and the Singapore shareholders will receive $SGD. But being a NZ company and paying tax in NZ, there will be IMPUTATION credits to forward to NZ shareholders and No Franking Credits for Australian holders by the looks of things as no profit is generated in Australia.
