They admitted to shortcomings/time constraints at management/board level and explained that while the company had grown exponentially in the last 18 months that it was still operating with a mangement and board that was structured to survive the lean times pre solid.
Blackcap raised concerns about management board structure and Toko quickly acknowledged they were in the process of adjusting. Ill let black cap comment more on this point if he wishes

To get to agm i flew in from Aus, Transalpined to Greymouth; detoured to Deniston and wandered Westport before ferry crossing in big swells to Welly.
Having ferried back to South island it now seems main road to Christchurch is out due to heavy rain so the longer in land route will be necessary to get back to the airport to get back to Aus.
