Just for the newbies Bathurst owes L & M a further $40 mil cash after the first 25,000 T of coal leaves the Plateau....not sure why this is not being included in all the forward projections and presentations, a slight problem in my books with coking coal prices where they are at the moment. Thinking maybe management feel if they do not talk about it then it will go away.
Please someone correct me if I am wrong but I think that is what the stock is now firmly in the toilet and yes why the insto's have better things to be seen in and even if Bathurst can tread water from here.
