Since peeps are showing interest I also want to add that the Defence Industry, in Australia, US, etc. are very particular about Hazardous Materials (like Cobalt) and their Supply Chain. Not just for surety of supply but also certification against Child Labour and Substitution. Government departments have to follow the Laws of the Land. Defence can't get the batteries they need from any Chinese battery suppliers. Maybe South Korean's like POSCO, and Japanese like Panasonic, but they don't have the Supply Chain surety and Cobalt free chemistry of C4V.
Magnis has 47% ownership of the New York Plant, that they can farm out. Not afraid of some funding paperwork delays. Investment case still strong. All IMHO.
