There was a very good reason for the SP to drop. The Market is awaiting a JV announcement/Funding not another MOU no matter how important that might be.
As I said previously I am very positive TLG LT but I don't understand all the excitement earlier today about what this MOU was going to do to the SP.
The Announcement did nothing for the SP and the lack of the expected Announcement has now sent the SP below $2.00
