Sorry, you do misunderstand the Ann.
It is not graphite they are sending, otherwise there would be no need to produce larger and larger samples for qualification.
Also, the Ann clearly refers to Tal-C
I didn't see this Ann as a bad one. I think most are just disappointed about it not being the JV one!
