Mate you have not been paying attention. It's been said all along that the best performing anodes are a blend of natural and synthetic. As recently as a few weeks ago at the Southwest conference MT stated that the ideal blend was 13%-15% (or 30%-50% depending on who you ask) synthetic graphite to natural graphite.
and why would the NPAT be any different when it's the same cost per/kg of graphite? That argument makes no sense. If they're using less of talga's graphite per battery it just means they can use it to make more batteries.
