if I am not fully wrong, I remember that Andrew mentioned in one of his latest presentations that first there will be the construction of the Kwinana plant, and only after that the European site will follow.
and from an experience and lessons learned perspective this is the right way, I think - as we are talking about a new plant with a new design.
even with the best planning, in this new business, there will be mistakes- and these should be avoided when building the second plant.
