Im just posting my votes today for the matters put to shareholders at the upcoming AGM. I voted a clear NO to Mr Verners 4 million stock options exercise price of only 43 cents per share. The strike price should be over $1.00. Arrogant fool if he thinks he can preside over such a huge drop in share price (having asked large amounts of money from shareholders at 80 cents to $2.00 a share and get rich if he only gets it back to over 43 cents per share) - which could happen easily if it gets taken over in the next 12 months.
This should not be allowed under Corporations Law - boofoons.
