just making the point that people within the company and related friends have known for some time about the expected news events being way behind time, hence the sp decline. As for the procurement of long lead items etc, I am in another company that spun that line on many occasions over the last two years and those items have still not been ordered and they had a large CR for that purpose and that money has dwindled away in no time.
