Strange difference between SGA and SGAO - why are people ignoring the options?
A 25 cent exercise payment (before Nov 2024 for the options) means they are trading at a current cost of 0.425 now yet the shares are offered at 0.465-- 10% more expensive. If the company can extract the graphite economically they are both worth the same- but if non-economical (which I do not expect) then the risk is lower. buying options. I paid a premium when I bought the options (because I wanted to spend less now but buy more potential SGA later) so I do not understand the disconnect-- but I am happy to have a much bigger potential than if I had bought SGA instead.
