The prospectus will have to have independently verified numbers for cobalt pricing, they can't just be the companies numbers. It is clearly in the guidelines for inclusion in prospectuses.
What a lot of companies also do is include a table of various price scenarios around current levels showing profitability (or losses at the low end), for example using $5, $10, $15, $20, $25 per pound, with the current price around the middle of the range.
