What happened was the 'open for business' sign was taken outside, dusted off, and displayed for the first time in a long time. They even showed a bit of leg with offering dates and everything for future announcements.
So my guess is they will wait for the phones to start to ring while committing to progressing this thing. It is something, they do have a product to sell for good money. The (MLS) exchange is just an illiquid mess so big money wonts nothing off it.
