Wouldn't make a lot of sense. Distribute in specie and MZM price drops, small shareholders get lumbered with small parcels and others potential tax liabilities. Nothing to get excited about. If I want DNK shares I can buy them myself.
Better for MZM to convert to cash and invest into the business.
