The only worrying thing there is that it doesn't state early 2022. I think the market might be neutral on this. Good for future value but means people will have to hang around longer for confirmation of that next step for value. Only worry is that some are impatient and start selling for opportunities with shorter term gain potential.
Still think its good value here and I won't be going anywhere but sounds like at least 3-4 months to put this in the bottom drawer. Maybe top up occasionally on any major broader market dips.
