Probably not much to update us with. Did it ever cross your mind that the DD extension was to value the company, with Ancuabe thrown in, so SQ could properly value the company to buy, instead of just fund?
They could theoretically spend a couple hundred more than they planned, and they get the product, vertical integration JV, offtake deal...and keep heaps of cash in the country.
