Expansion of pilot plant = phase 1, expansion to 600tpa = Germany
Parallel construction of full scale facility = 20,000tpa phase 2 = 'Probable' Tanzania

Hi lasagna, thanks, think you are right. Then add on the map and your "Probable" in Tanzania looks like it's still the plan to have it in Tanzania.
