Ann: Battery Hub Manganese Project Update, page-33

I recall some dialogue not too long ago regarding reasons why Aurora did not not develop the Battery Hub project any further. Some seem to think it was the sinking price of manganese at the time. It was also noted that the price of manganese back then was similar to what it is at the present time. I was reading over an old Eagle Nickel announcement and it stated that the lack of transport infrastructure was the determining factor not to pursue the project. Any thoughts? Has there been any developments regarding transport infrastructure in recent years?
