Looks like indeed a top holder selling out - look at the trading history from past week, one would suspect this holder is all done.
Unfortunately, this selling has destroyed the sentiment thereby spooking some others to also exit and sit on the sidelines.
Fundamentally, this is super cheap - will just have to wait until sentiment turns. And you never know, when it turns it may turn quickly.
