If production starts say Jan 2017 there should be about 10Kt remaining at the end of Dec 2017.

"Based on the indicative timeline below the manufacturing facility is scheduled to commence production within approximately 2 to 3 years -(announcement August 2015) = target date of August 2017 to August 2018."

If facility is ready by November 2017 there will be approximately 8 to 9Kt ready to be used - if it is not sold already by prior by other offtakes......

Bodes well that at 40Kt pa all production will be used
