shumbi ............... I agree, I also believe that the two (maybe three) things that will really re-rate the SP are;
1. Confirmation of the TK take-off agreement
2. Confirmation of financial arrangement
3. Management confirmation that they have made the final investment decision on the development
Once point 3 is announced will be when, and not before, the institu's and sophisticated investors will pile in, they always want surety that this will proceed and until the final investment decision is made they will keep their money in their pockets even if it costs them more which it no doubt will!!!
