    thanks Dbd essentially we need the mining licence completed ( been 6 months since ceremony) , need another offtake preferable western partner , full agreements and offtake payments I'd say before we can get debt finance. Costs of financing and possible inflated construction costs would all be weighing this down along with world markets. Need some news flow and boxes ticked soon. 17.5 looks initial support level otherwise 14 maybe in the cards
