This happens a lot with explorers at any end of the market. You need to spend the funds to see whether it's viable. I put it down to the "IFs". If only we got Finances, or if only we did this or that. Unfortunately, it is what it is, and we move forward with what we've got. Something is better than nothing. And yes, they do need to be more transparent.
