I believe this deal is not so bad for BAT shareholders. Management of TGR is very experienced and has a lot of knowledge in the Graphite space. Further of TGR is developing advanced materials in the Graphene sector. Their legs are primary graphite / speciality graphite and graphene. I think this company is just at the beginning of its growth and will have a bright future. In some years their shares will be a lot higher.
I believe this deal is not so bad for BAT shareholders....
