IMO Mgt Performance should be based on real measurable objectives/results in combination with SH (all) value return - the rest is doing their job (no handouts) & then they need to make sure all is done both effectively & on time (doing your job well is not high performance) - Please tell me Mgt are not casual workers for this company doing/focusing 20hrs a week - if so pay part time $
Unfortunately some think they are Maradona because they score a single goal
And "Yes" they better find something now - as they already had something before
