19%! Factor in the BATO and it's >30% discount! And the plan is to use the funds to further Balama!?! This is carrot waving stuff. $5m is for working capital only IMO, keep the doors open in the hope they can secure funding for M1. Any money spent on B1 is to support any further CRs.
Still hopefully of securing financing, but this isn't a good event.
