Syrah are facing pricing issues I think because they are having issues with grade of their reserves. I understand recoveries are below expectations. All this is impacting quality of their product and hence price.

BAT have done grade control drilling at Montepuez ( also see above post ). Very tight 50m x 12.5m spacing. That tight drill spacing is very important for planning of the mining schedule.
I think this puts BAT in a strong position. Have a much better understanding of grade in the ground. Expecting this to mean that BAT will have better success in achieving feasibility-study levels of grade and recovery ( important for price ).
