As a shareholder of Battle North, i think it is a fair deal for both parties.
- We have >C$700m in tax loss pools.
- The project is significantly derisked. Our financier is Macquarie and you can be sure they did their DD. Not many mining projects gets finance from Macquarie.
- LOM 80koz pa @ U$865 ASIC for C$343m is a fair price at just under 4x FCF (U$1700 gold).
- Rubicon sunk over C$770m into this project which both parties (Battle North and Evolution) don't have to pay for.
- Upside potential with the String of Peals assets.
