zaf39: I would be surprised if shareholders have to wait another decade.
I'm tipping the directors will take their 5 cents capital return (if approved by shareholders), then look favourably at a reasonable takeover and take the money and run.
If the capital return is approved, the directors will have left about $5 million in the kitty to keep a takeover
offer alive.
The directors have done nothing for the shareholders, while taking their fees.
Waiting on Sir Ron's next move.
