FPSO charter and services agreements related to Baúna) have agreed for final closing of the Baúna transaction to take
place on Friday, 6 November 2020 (Brazil time).

1) It was always known that the FPSO agreement will follow the ANP approval.
2) The Ann stated agreed will be finalised on the 6th. not about the 6th.
3) Company updates have been forthcoming.
4) Kar Can not control the timing of all things. There are other players involved.
5) Kar has no doubt done the heavy lifting with the FPSO already, hence the early completion date of the 6th
