Get your facts right. All applications -renewals are frozen pending the review process. All titles are under review many for past non -compliance. Many may be forfeited if the CGT has not been paid by the vendor and/or the purchaser.
Its relevant to AMD and all title holders. If a major company like PDI can't get their Exploitation Permit after spending millions proving up over 5 million ozs of gold what does that say about other title holders and the Guinean regulatory system. Same in Burkina Faso -
