I am not privy to the detail of the project financing discussions that are taking place with MYL. I don't know if MYL have even approached banks for financing options. In my opinion US$150 million is small potatoes to borrow in the mining project finance world and I would imagine that debt is very cheap to acquire at the moment with interest rates near zero and on a negative trajectory.
Ultimately it would depend on how MYL seek to acquire the debt as there are many ways. MYL may get investment loans from a group of banks, not just a single bank in particular. MYL may choose to fund the project through a corporate bond; there are different types of bonds; floating rates, fixed. Maybe MYL will fund the project with combination of debt options composing of loans and corporate bonds.
