MIC Chair is certainly acting as if he will remain in place when the new government forms at the end of March. But to be honest, I don't think anyone (except perhaps Aung San Suu Kyi herself) knows the answer to that for sure. He will certainly remain in place until end-March, and MYL should have its permit well before then.
