"China will handle Myanmar in its own way!" Yes looks like they don't want foreign countries interfering with their efforts to take control of Myanmar with puppet Junta, allowing them to secure mineral resourced without having to pay market rates for them. They play a long game and this does not bode well for MYL. IMHO
