Speaking purely from a project going forward basis...it would likely slow the process down but not derail it.

Speaking from a broader perspective, it would be terrible for all the people of Myanmar if they went back to the desperate situation they were in previously.

In the meantime the Army has put out a new statement arguing they were misinterpreted. Hence, things seem to be settling.
