JL oozing with confidence and a great comment to keep everyone thinking. I found this very positive indeed..................tell it like it is I say

The past ann have all alluded to granting of MIC..........we got that then and still get it now...............the difference now is that there is confirmation that work is progressing and when all i's are dotted and all t's are crossed we will apply and submit everything required for Granting of MIC approval. I figure this ann was being written up and the reason why I never received an answer when I asked about MIC judgment.
