PSA sitting ready to be signed off with subsequent MIC submission, DFS undergoing independent review and Project Finance agreements already at draft terms.
The potential now for this to drift out a bit and maybe even as far as Xmas, there will certainly be sp fluctuations and falls to mid 9's could IMO also be on the cards
