Multiple parties making financial offers AND an independent consultant working on the metrics is all very good news. There will be no low ball offer wins with the granting of MIC.

The other thing to keep in mind is that a 50 year license is usually ONLY given to major projects and they are usually entitled to up to a 7 year tax holiday.

It remains my opinion that the effective total government take will be in the realms of 50%.
