So let us assume the arbitration works in favour of WEC and the Indo’s eventually exhaust all delaying tactics, such that there is a figure declared by the Arbitration Panel as payable by Bayan to WEC.

Do people really think the Indo’s will pay anything of any financial consequence to WEC ? I think the Indo attitude on matters like this is very clear and consistent - they won’t pay out.

So in this event how would WEC manage to enforce collection of amounts due it ? Amy thoughts on this point by anyone here ??
