It definitely follows the trend of Cokal/DM not once ever hitting or sticking to a dead line. I'll be surprised if this deal goes through. I'm still struggling with the fact they were happy to give away 30% of a major project costing us hundreds of millions but weren't willing to give renjian a 25%-30% discount on coal from the minor pci project. Which could have lead to funding of bbm and keeping the whole lot. Maybe I just don't understand the situation over there.
