What this really means is that the papers associated with the transfer of a million dollars are in transit. People jump on planes with the documents travelling in both directions to gather the signatures necessary. OR persons with appropriate authority jump on planes and sign the documents together.
This is not about 1 million (which I would be careful about if it was my million), it is about USD 50 million ++ commitment.
